STS Foundation student requirements

The minimum requirements for becoming a STS Foundation student are:

Be between 15 and 18.5 years of age at the start of their program.
Proficient in spoken English: completion of personal interview to evaluate suitability for the program.
Proven academic effort and maturity to succeed at school and within a host family environment.
Positive attitude, curious nature, a willingness to try new things and the ability to adapt to a new environment.
