Open positions available

Join a caring and dedicated team! STS Foundation has been providing top-quality cultural exchanges for over 25 years. We are always looking for talented, nurturing, and globally-minded people. We are currently accepting applications throughout the country to join our team of Local Coordinators.

We are also searching for Regional Coordinators in various locations across the country. Bring your passion and talents to others to create lifelong experiences and expand the growth of all participants.

Become a Local Coordinator (LC)

Are you someone who loves to socialize with others? Do you like to travel, or experience and learn new things? Are you someone who is always on the go, and values the flexibility of working on your own time schedule? Or are you simply someone who is looking for an opportunity to make a difference in your community? If so, then joining the team at STS Foundation may be exactly right for you!

The LC role is the most valued individual in our organization! As an LC, you will be sharing the opportunity of hosting a high school exchange student with families in your community. You will have the opportunity to connect with people from around the globe to make connections that last long after the exchange semester or year comes to an end. You will be a mentor and advocate for your exchange students and a friend and supporter to your host families and school staff. Best of all, you are not alone! You will have a team of STSF people who are available to coach and assist you from the first day you join our team, and you will be joining hundreds of other Local Coordinators all over the United States.

An LC is an independent contractor, able to make your own schedule and place the number of students in your community that works for you. That could be two or twenty, depending on how much time you wish to spend with STS Foundation on a weekly basis. This role requires a responsible individual who is conscientious and dedicated to making a difference in the lives of youth and families.
